[Opkm] apasztás

Kedves Kollégák!
A 2020-21. év folyamán apasztásra került könyveket a mellékelt listák
tartalmazzák.

A fogyási naplószámok az alábbiak:

F1775 - folyóiratok
F1777- 40 ezres mérettartomány
F1778 - tankönyvek (600e)
F1779 - 209.832.221.219
F1780 - 200.228- 200.935, 223.830-228.239, 303.007-303.373
F1982 - 100.000 - 108.200, 129.105-129.775, 129.755-131.504
F1786 - 131.997-132.161, 146.084-149.687, 200.202-200.935, 206.436-206.982,
221.653-231.153, 300.002-301.397, 307.014-308.297.

Az apasztási jegyzékeket Szabó Évi gépelte le. Részben a tervezett
apasztáshoz tartoznak, de vannak köztük olyanok is, melyek a retrospektív
konverzió során keletkeztek. Mindenki ismeri a saját számtartományait,
amiben dolgozott, ezen belül a további teendők:
    - az egyedi leltárlapra, illetve ha van OPAC-rekord, a 954-es mezőbe a
fogyási naplószámot fel kell tüntetni. (+ a 978-as mezőbe "F")
    - a szerzői betűrendes katalógusból a listák alapján ki kell vezetni a
selejtezett könyveket.

  Az apasztott könyveket kiajánlás után egy hónappal a raktárosok a listák
alapján szedik ki a raktárból (a narancssárga cédulák az ellenőrzés és
engedélyezés előtti állapotot mutatják!)

A listákat csatolom (kivéve a folyóiratokét, ott már minden munkafolyamat
befejeződött).
